Where: I am a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience working with every fitness level from gym newbies to athletes. I work in Langford, BC, Canada. My main area of focus being my home business in Langford, situated on the behind the Langford firehall on Sooke road. I also work at the North Langford Recreation Centre.
My Training Style: My training style is geared towards functional fitness which focuses on strength, endurance and mobility. I take a very individualized approach to training each and every client and have had success with multiple clients who have lost 50 lbs or more. Every client’s journey is different, which is why I believe in not planning too far in advance, and going session by session, working along with you, depending on your current needs or obstacles and coaching you through them.
Who needs personal training?: I feel that to an extent everyone needs to see a personal trainer. Whether it's just to add more difficulty to your current program, learn a new lift, fix your squat/deadlift, or to even jump start your weight loss by setting the tone and intensity to base your journey on. I offer private training packages, as well as 2 on 1 training if you want to learn with a friend. If you want a long term solution or just a quick fix, I have the right program for you.
A little about me: I have been very active throughout my life. After playing basketball during high school I really wanted to pursue my passion for sports and fitness, which lead me to where I am today. I have completed my Bachelor of Sport and Fitness Leadership - Specialization in Exercise and Wellness program at Camosun College. Now, I am returning to school to obtain a Dimploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice. I am eager to use my knowledge and passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle to help everyone achieve their goals. Throughout my life I have struggled with injuries and soreness associated with muscular weaknesses and imbalances in my body.
