This is the organic process by which I guide clients and help them through their respective journeys.
In this initial phase I ensure you are working towards 100% of your individual functional capacity both inside and out of the gym. I work on functional movement limitations, as well as coach you towards optimum function internally in regards to nutrition.
After my clients have got a handle of the function aspect we can start to focus in on training for overall health and set up some fitness goals. This is also where I tend to get more strict about eating habits.
This final phase is my favourite part, even though most people have seen results already, this is where I can help set goals that are above what you previously thought were possible and are now attainable because you have little to no functional, or diet/lifestyle hurdles to overcome. All you need to focus on is the goal ahead and keep doing what you have learned from previous sessions. I problem solve based on your results, guided by my knowledge and personal experience with my own journey.

Over the next 5-7 years I'm working towards obtaining a Diploma of Osteopathy Manual Practice and a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
